Vaalto have developed an innovative support scheme that delivers the best possible value to customers requiring engineering support for their manufacturing systems.
Clients pre-buy support vouchers that can be redeemed any time during the support term.
The client decides how many vouchers they think they need for the support period. The support period is usually a year but can be as little as a month.
By estimating the amount of potential support required at the beginning of the contract term enables the client’s budget to be precisely controlled.
The nature of the support required and the requested response e.g. telephone, non / priority emergency call out, determines the number of support vouchers used.
At the end of the support contract term any remaining vouchers can be redeemed for other engineering services or transferred in the following year.
